COLIN INGRAM AND RUSSEL DOMINGO SCOOP HONOURS AT CSA AWARDS

The Chevrolet Warriors were well represented at the South African Cricket Awards banquet held in Sandton, Johannesburg last night when Colin Ingram and Russell Domingo walked away with four prestigious awards between them.

Ingram, the Chevrolet Warriors' star-batsman for the 2009/2010 domestic season was lauded with two awards by the South African cricketing body including Pro20 Cricketer of the Year and the SA Cricketers' Association (Saca) Most Valuable Player of the Year, while his peers voted him the Domestic Players' Player of the Year, a respected award among domestic cricket players.

Domingo was rewarded for his contribution to the Chevrolet Warriors' excellent season performance by winning the Cricket South Africa Coach of the Year award.  During the past 2009/2010 season, Domingo and his team secured two of the three South African domestic cricket tournament titles when they claimed both the MTN40 and Standard Bank Pro20 titles.
